The Cocktail
“Pink skies”, in summer as in winter.
Delicate, fruity and discreetly herbaceous, this recipe, which is the simplest to make, will please both aficionados of our Genepis and explorers of new flavours.
How to make it
Completely fill a "Highball" type glass with cubed ice.
Pour in 40 ml of Genepi Meunier Heritage, 40 ml of grapefruit juice, top up with soda water and 1/2 teaspoon of grenadine syrup.
Mix gently, from bottom to top.
Garnish by adding a thin slice of fresh grapefruit on top of the glass.
40 ml of Genepi Meunier Heritage
40 ml of grapefruit juice
Soda water
1/2 teaspoon of grenadine syrup
Ice
1/8 of a fresh grapefruit to garnish
