Our version of the timeless Negroni. Génépi Meunier N°1 brings its freshness and aromatic intensity to this cocktail with bitter aromas and incomparable persistence. A must as an aperitif or for a nightcap by the fire.
How to make it
Steps
Half fill an "Old Fashioned" type glass with cubed ice.
Pour in 20 ml of Genepi Meunier N°1, 20 ml of red Vermouth and 20 ml of Gin Meunier.
Mix everything until you obtain a slight dilution then fill the glass with ice, if necessary.
Garnish with a zest of lemon.
