How to make it
Steps
Place half a lime cut into quarters in the bottom of the glass, skin side down, then crush to extract the juice.
Fill the glass with crushed ice or fresh snow.
Pour in 40 ml of Genepi Meunier Heritage and stir everything together.
Garnish with a wedge of fresh lime.
