Distillerie Meunier at the Mint magazine release party

On November 17, the Mint magazine teams organized an event for the release of their Fall-Winter 2021 edition, at the Rita bar in Paris. On this occasion, the Meunier Distillery has joined forces with the best mixologists to highlight and introduce people to new ways of consuming Génépi liqueur, through 2.0 cocktails.


Génépi brought up to date

In this new edition of the magazine, Mint sheds light on our Distillery and takes a look at the new consumption habits of Genepi, driven by the creations of the best mixologists and bar professionals. We are convinced that Genepi is no longer a simple digestive !

This is how Mint invited to this event Rémy Savage, owner of the London bar “a bar with shapes for a name” and also artistic director of the various bars from "Le Syndicat", to mix live cocktails with Genepi Meunier, which dust off the uses of the category.

Two recipes have been created for the occasion:

1/ Genepi Collins : fresh, low proof & sparkling

  • 40 ml Genepi Meunier Altitude
  • 1/2 Lemon juice (20-25 ml)
  • Soda Water
  • Ice

2/ Negroni re-interpreted : gourmet & gently bitter

  • 25 ml Genepi Meunier N°1
  • 30 ml Punt e Mes
  • 20 ml Pimms
  • 2.5ml Capovilla Prune
  • Lemon zest
