Eccentric and friendly
The Massif Tropical, colourful, warm in flavour, exotic and eccentric for this unique long drink.
In terms of conviviality, it can as well be prepared in a "Punch Bowl" to share.
How to make it
Pour 40 ml of Genepi Meunier Altitude, 80 ml of fresh pineapple juice, 1/4 squeezed lime and 1/2 passion fruit into a shaker.
Shake everything.
Strain into a "Highball" type glass previously filled with ice.
Fill with crushed ice then pour 20 ml of red Vermouth on top.
Garnish with a few fresh pineapple leaves.
40 ml of Genepi Meunier Altitude
80 ml of fresh pineapple juice
1/4 squeezed lime
1/2 passion fruit
20 ml of red Vermouth
A few chopped pineapple leaves to garnish
